About Returning to worship

If you are ill or not feeling well, if you are not comfortable yet returning to church, than please join us online at any of our servcies. While we deeply desire to be with you and worship our Lord along side you, we do want you to be safe and to return when you are ready. Please know that we have hand sanitizer, and masks available for those that need them.

Should you choose to join us in person, we do ask anyone who comes to be courteous and patient. These Covid times have polarized our country enough as it is, and it has good Christians all over the spectrum divided over what should and should not be done. Please remember that in keeping with the commandments, we seek to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength and also to love our neighbor as ourselves. Let the rule of love guide our way as we seek to do what is most loving in every situation. Let love, grace, mercy, and forgiveness guide our way.

"Prince of Peace Lutheran Church is a fellowship of Christians

whose mission is to extend the Kingdom of God for His glory. "

               — Mission Statement adopted March 20, 1994

We are a community of friends who come from all different walks of life, but who gather together to receive God's gifts of Word and Sacrament. These, in turn, empower us to go out and serve our greater community, by giving help to those in need, and by telling people the good news of the Gospel- God's love for all demonstrated for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ Jesus died and rose for us!
